You have to wait for USCIS send you the approval of abandonment (i.e. the copy of endorsed I-407 your mom filed). This copy of endorsed I-407 is the proof of the green card abandonment and you need to provide the photocopy of it with your I-130 filing. Your mpom also needs to provide it with her I-485 filing (within US) or immigran visa application (outside US).
