时如果办了AP和EAD，就不能再回到H1，那如果在绿卡没批下来失去工作，是什么身份？

-Use EAD to work. By the way, only you use EAD to work, then you cannot return to H-1 status unless you go outside US to get the H-1 visa to come back. If you use AP to travel, you still can return to H-1 status by extension of your H-1 as usua. You can continue to work for the employer like the H-1 holder (you don't need to use EAD to work) if you use AP to travel.
