我现在是H4身份, 递交了I485，我能离开美国回加拿大吗？

-Yes.

需要申请AP吗？

-Not have to.

另外，儿子也是H4身份，在加拿大上大学，现在申请了到美实习工作(四个月internship)，他能申请J-1签证吗？

-Yes. Make sure with the visa officer that it is not subjected to the 2-year home residency requirement rule due to short internship period before he gets the visa to enter US.

有没有别的choices?

-No.
