我父母6月底在广州面试已通过，我7月2号上网交了绿卡费（uscis immigration fee)， 缴费时网站说120天内会收到绿卡。

现在问题是，绿卡会寄到父母在中国的家吗？

还是我在美国的家？

-Did you put your address on DS 260 as the one your parents expect to live after they enter US? If yes, then the green card will be sent to your address.

缴费时网站上并没有问地址之类的。

他们的移民签证上说是12月中旬到期，他们必须在那之前到美国。但是如果绿卡是寄给他们在中国的家的话，得到11月份才收到，那时间就会很紧（还要买机票之类的）。他们入境时需要凭绿卡还是签证？

-USCIS will not issue the 10-year plastic green card to them until they enter US using the immigrant visa.
