请问8老师，太太公民，替先生一月递交绿卡申请。今天收到移民局来信，认为太太作为担保人收入没有超过低收入的125%，（太太家庭主妇，主要家庭财务来自于先生，太太月收入4500左右）。现要求重新递交太太的过去12个月的银行结单，或其他资产证明，亦或找其他具有资格的担保人。之前已经全部递交了房产、银行共同帐户证明，实在不知道还可以出具些什么证明递交，又找不到其他担保人。不知道该怎么办了。
想问，今年二月卖了一套房，卖房款现于太太名下，这个可以算吗？
