非常感谢8老师。我的公证件里有中文和英文的，您说的那个certify 可以在美国做吗？因为如果只是certify translation而 且原件在我这里。

-I don't know how your current 出生公证件 look like. Was it issued from the hospital you were born? If yes, you may make a copy and notarized by a public notary (e.g. in the bank), and ask your friend to tranlate it to English within US as I suggested in my previous repsonse.

 

You may consult an immigration lawyer who is native from China and ask him/her to do it for you.
