谢谢8老师，我在国外呆了很久，在国内没有什么证件，没有办法重新公证出生公证，这可怎么办? 可不可以把我二页的出生公证在美国公证一下?

-If you don't have a choice, you may provide the copy of  your old/current 出生公证 and then, ask your friend to certify that the translation of the birth certificate is precise and accurate to the original document and also write a statement that he/she knows both English and Chinese very well.
