配偶的PD current了，如果他交了485，还可以继续H1身份吗？

-Yes. He can continue to extend his H-1 as usual. You can also extend your H-4 status.

我现在用的是H4EAD， 如果他不是H1，那我的H4EAD是不是就作废了？
