请问驾照被suspend三个月算刑事犯罪吗？

我的驾照曾经因为没有auto insurance而被州的department of motor vehicles发现，我交了罚款，同时驾照被suspend了三个月。现在心里担心会不会算是刑事犯罪。会不会影响我的身分呢？还请各位大侠指教。万分感谢了！！！
