8老师您好！

我父母上周在广州申请绿卡已经顺利通过了面签。我按照他们的要求在https://ustraveldocs.com/cn/index.htm  上面已经注册了护照回邮地址。但是我到今天为止在他们的护照追踪系统里都查不到任何信息（说是There is no status update available for the passport number submitted.）

请问这是怎么回事呢？已经快一个星期了。

-Be patient and wait. Contact the US Consulate if nothing changes after about one month later.
