-Not yet.
还是要到美国后再申请绿卡？
-No. When the beneficiary enters US using the immigrant visa, he/she will become a green card holder immediately at the port of entry because the IO will endorse the immigrant visa (i.e. stamp it) which equals to the temporary green card. Then, USCIS will send the plastic green card to the beneficiary about one month later.
