我的婆婆旅游签证2020年一月底来美国，当时停留时间给了半年到07/29/2020. 但是因为疫情在过期前申请了I539延期，但是09/04/2020就离开美国了，到现在这个case都显示还是fingerprint fee was received。我是不是需要去申请withdraw I539呢？谢谢

-You don't need to do anything. The case will be denied, but it does not affect your mother in law anything. Just keep the I-539 receipt notice and the departure proof such as the airplane boarding card, the entry stamp on the passport issued by the Chinese Customs officer.
