老师好，我遇到很困扰的问题，我先生去年更新了工作签证，我的H4延期是一起交的，结果我先生收到了我的到现在还没影，申请是去年7月2日受理的，NOTICE是7月9日发的，而我进海关时I94签的是到今年1月27日（JAN 27，2021），现在我先生突然丢了工作，算上灰色60天可以呆到7月31日，那我也能呆到7月31日吗？谢谢老师。
-Because your H-4 extension application is still pending, you can stay in US until you receive the USCIS decision. If your case is approved, then you can stay legally to July 31. If it is denied, then you have to leave US immediately.
