我朋友近两个月提交了opt延期 但因为北卡的暴风雪导致信件晚了一天到uscis 导致被拒了 现在已经重新找学校用cpt工作 请问还能不能去重新提交一次opt的延期申请呢 因为天气原因导致快递晚了……

-You had better contact the International Student Office in the school where you graduated from to see whether you are still qualified for it.
