8老师，我给弟弟和弟妹办了亲属移民，2010年批准等visa；可弟妹三年前去世，请问：1，如果弟弟一直鳏居，我们需要做什么吗？需要通知移民局（还是visa中心）吗，如何通知啊 - 他们的电话一直无人接的？

-No. Do nothing.

2，如果弟弟再婚，我以及他需要做什么，那个新弟妹可以一起过来吗？

-Yes. When National Visa Center (NVC) contact you and send you the instructions for your brother's visa application when the priority date is current, just ask NVC to add your brother's new wife into the list (provide the copy of his prior wife death certificate and new marriage certificate), and ask NVC  send you the invoice for his new wife to pay the immigrant visa fee. That is all.
