请教8老师几个问题，

1，给父母130准备材料的时候，我自己没有医院或官方的出生证，只做了的出生公证，这个出生公证够不够？

-Fine.

2，给母亲准备材料的时候，还需要父母的婚姻公证和亲友关于婚姻的证明信吗？如果不需要，担心交多了反而容易引起混乱。

-Only need the copy of marriage ceritificate, not need 亲友关于婚姻的证明信.

3，父母结婚的时候没有结婚证，只是在2013年补办了一个新版的结婚证。托国内的亲友办婚姻公证的时候，没办结婚证公证，只是办了一个Marriage Registration Examination Form 和 Affidavit for Applying for Marriage Registration Afterwards的翻译和公证，里面有旧的结婚日期和申请新版结婚证的日期。请问这个公证可以当作婚姻公证用吗？

-Yes, as long as the marriage date is the old date (i.e. their marriage date was before your birth date), it will be fine.

4，如果父母以前来过美国，是不是必须得交护照，签证和I-94？-No. If they are in US now, they just need to provide the latest I-94, passport and the visa stamp from the passport for I-485 filing. If they are in China to apply for immigrant visa, not need this kind of documents for I-130.
