刚给妈妈申请的re-entry permit, 请教几个问题。

1. 一个人申请re-entry permit 有次数限制吗？-No. But if you apply for too many times (e.g. > 3 times), USCIS may not approve it unless very strong justification. 第二次申请最好间隔多长时间呢？-Not required specifically.

2. 假如打完指纹之后，批准之前离开美国，去了中国。后来批准文书寄到了美国的地址，可以由我邮寄到中国给我妈吗？还是必须申请让移民局寄到中国的领事馆，再由我妈去领事馆领取？

-You had better receive it for her and mail it to your mother.

3. 假如2021年7月回中国，但是re-entry permit 是2021年10月才批下来，那最后返美期限是2023年7月

 

还是2023年10月？-Yes.
