请教8老师，加拿大公民通过女朋友的公司申请TN 签证，女朋友现在是美国公民，他们结婚后，老婆帮他申请美国绿卡，请问8老师，TN是通过老婆公司申请的, 这对申请婚姻绿卡递交485有影响吗？谢谢！

-Not at all. But he needs to apply for advance parole to travel ouside US after he files I-485. Also, he cannot extend his TN after fling I-485. So, he had better apply for EAD at the same time when he files I-485.
