1. I am working on TN status, and now waiting for EAD and green card under family-based immigration (parent of US Citizen)

2. My TN expire in September 2021.

3. Can I renew TN while my 485 pending?

-Technically no due to immigrant intent (I-485 filing).

I do not know when EAD can be approved. If later than September, I have to stop working.
