孩子有绿卡，但是在欧洲上学，每次离美不超过6个月，暑假和寒假都会回到美国与我们团聚。孩子已经22岁，准备申请公民身份，但是5年没有到达30个月的停留时间，请问这符合申请公民条件吗？

-No. Your child must be physically present in US for at least 30 months cumulatively in the last five years to meet the requirements for N-400 filing.

看移民局条款上写孩子可以在读书的地方申请，不知道这个是指的美国以内的地方，还美国以外的地方？
