我父母80多了， 因疫情和健康原因已滞留国内14个月， 本来准备申请SB1签证，原来还报有希望， 因为父母年纪大了， 加上国内没有其他子女可以照顾他们。 看了您对前几个问题的回复， 现在感觉被拒的可能也很高。 我想咨询几个问题

1. 如果申请旅游签证的话，他们必须先申请放弃绿卡吗？

-Yes. See this link for how to abandon the green card in China:

这个要多长时间呢？

-It takes about two months for USCIS to process and respond to you about your request.

2. 放弃绿卡后申请旅游签证， 被拒的可能性是否很大？

-Very small. I have suggested several people did this way, and all of them got the B2 visa after abandonment of green card. 

被拒的话还可以申请SB1 签证吗

-No. But you can sponsor your parents to apply for the immigrant visa in Guangzhou if they cannot get B2 visa. Then, they can enter US using immigrant visa to become a green card holder directly. I don't suggest them to apply for SB-1 visa.

3. 美国对中国还有10年旅游签证吗？

-Yes.
