-Not need.

还是直接递交原来的package就可以了？

-Yes. Enclose the Rejection Notice (put it on the top of all documents). Write a letter explaining that USCIS stopped applying the Public Charge Final Rule to all pending applications and petitions on March 9, 2021, so you do not need to provide Form I-944.

 

2，Medical Exam I-693 form 被拆开了，我需要重新做一次medical exam吗？

-Check the Form I-693 to see whether USCIS put a stamp on it (or/and dated it). If yes, just return this original I-693 back to USCIS. If no, need to get  a new one.

I-693 form 上的签名已经超过60天了，诊所说可以重新给我出具一份sealed的I-693 form，但日期只能是原来的日期。更新日期的话得重新缴费。我想问一下，这个Medical Exam I-693 form的时间到底怎么算，有说1年的。

-Need to send the I-693 to USCIS within 60 days from the date the doctor signed it.
