请问：绿卡renew？还是直接办公民。

请问： 我的绿卡今年10 月到期， 打算申请公民， 但觉得应该没可能在到期前办好。是不是应该先办绿卡renew？再办公民。谢谢！

另外： 绿卡renew或办公民， 需要中国护照复印件吗？我的中国护照已经过期，但因为covid， 暂时没有延期。
