我想请问为父母在境外申请美国绿卡时，面试时需要带I864的有签名的原件。这个一定要我签了然后邮寄给他们吗？黑墨水签出来的和复印件看的出差别吗？

-Just complete an I-864 with the exact contents as the original one you filed to USCIS and sign it. Then, scan it and email it to your parents, and ask them to print it out using color printer. That is all.
