我是美国公民。我父母在中国申请绿卡。我在www.ceac.state.gov上上交了背景材料。但是网站上说
“You MUST bring all of your original documents (not a photocopy) to your interview at the U.S. Embassy or Consulate.“
问题是，这个很多的材料是很重要的，比如说我的护照证明我的国籍，但是我不能把护照邮寄回中国吧？一是怕弄丢了，二是我也需要用这个护照。 想请教一下您这个怎么办。
