我因为h1b没有抽到现在要搬到加拿大了（同一家公司），因为绿卡的priority date是2019年2月。我看现在的EB-3审批日是2018年2月。我想知道如果我五月份搬到加拿大之后如果在这段期间内绿卡排期到了2019年2月但是我人还在加拿大，假如说，我要在我排期到了之后几个月之后才能重新拿到美国的offer返回美国，这样还能申请绿卡吗？

-Depends on whether you still work for the same company in US. If you still work for the same company (the I-140 sponsor), you can return to US to file I-485 or ask the company to file I-824 to forward the I-140 to NVC for you to apply for the immigrant visa in Canada if you are a Canadian citizen or permanent resident in Canada; or apply for the immigrant visa in China.

就是如果排期到了但是我要是再等几个月再返回美国，已经提交的材料是不是会失效？

-What 材料 do you mean? You need to file I-485 within one year from the date your priority date is current.
