目前在美国没有工作，在中国有一份工作。在美国有房产，有个小公司，小孩和Spouse也在美国。

如果在入境时绿卡被吊销或主动放弃绿卡不会影响回国重新申请绿卡的话，是不是不应该考虑上移民庭的选项？因为这样一方面等待开庭的时间人会被困住不能工作哪儿也不能去，另一方面如果一旦败诉，将有10年不能进入美国。所以如果运气不够好，入境时不被放行，应该选择放弃绿卡，回到中国重新申请？
