请问8老师, 我正在申请公民填N400表， 有一项填父母是否公民问题。我母亲约十年前归化美国公民（我那时已成年），但2年前去世。准确入籍日期和A#都不清楚了因为我没有她的相关证件。这一项该如何填 (yes-fill related information; or no-skip this section?). 另外，如果必须填“是”，应该说明现已去世吗？没有这一项的位置可填啊。
-Say "Yes" and leave the date of becoming US citizen and A# blnak, but explain in another sheet that your mother became a US citizen about 10 years ago and she has passed away. You do not remember exactly when she became a US citizen and also, do not have her A#.
By the way, the IO amy ask this quesiton during the interview, then you also can explain it at that time.
