是的，家人打算申请 485 based 的EAD 延期。只是不知道因为本人换工作，有新的 H1b 批准书，对家属的EAD 延期有没有影响？？
-The current H-4 EAD is still valid until it expires. H-1 transfer does not affect the H-4 status and the H-4 EAD.
另外，孩子因为护照到今年12月过期，所以上次以H4身份入境时， I-94上的日期给到今年6月。请问，如果因为疫情无法回国重新签证，有没有可能在境内申请延期？
-Yes. The child can file I-539 to extend his/her H-4 status within US. It is also fine if the child does not extend the H-4 status because he/she has the pending I-485.
孩子也是 485 pending，如果超过 I-94 上的居留日期，没有出境，对绿卡有什么影响呢？-Not at all.
