8老师，您好。太太公民，找律师办理先生婚姻绿卡。今天收到移民局回信，因申请费不对而被退回。打电话给律师，她说等资料全部退回后再递交一次就好了，很正常的。我们12月按照律师说的最新的收费，她说她也不知道具体，让我们支付一张3千元的给移民局，多退少补。我们问：“现在被退回，是否代表我们全部需要重新申请？这样浪费了之间的时间。她说：“不会，因为我们有案件号，重新递交直接进入下一流程。”请问8老师是这样吗？
-The lawyer is right. Just issue the new checks with the correct fees, and send all of the orignial documents back to USCIS (not need to prepare the documents all over again). Enclose the USCIS Rejection Notice (put it on the top of the files).
另外，现在申请费应该是多少，
-Issue two checks: one of $535 for I-130 filing; another of $1,225 (i.e. I-485 filing fee of $1,140 + biometrics fee of $85)
