请教8老师和其他老师：我親戚前年EB2排期到了以后已经过面试，但面试隔天后被移民局错误地拒绝，理由是排期末到(其实是因为排期倒退）。后来经8老师点拨，重新付费申请要求reactive. 现在排期又到了，请问移民局会自动处理他的绿卡吗？
