8老师，转签证等待问题 ..

我爱人今年7月工作截止后随即 online file I-539申请转TN to TD visa (I am in TN), 并当天受到了receipt notices. 

但目前仍没收到TD (more than 4 months since 7月 )，account 里没任何new message除了以前的 receipt notices,  您看还大概还要等多久？移民局通常是email 还是邮寄 TD visa?  她以前的I-94都已过期了
