我为我的父母在今年6月份的时候办理了延期，但是最近无奈一再买不到第一次延期失效前（2021.1）合适的机票（很多机票都被卖完了，而且价钱特别的贵），我可以为他们再申请一次延期吗？

我到现在还没有得到我父母第一次延期时的批准信，只拿到了USCIS的Receipt。
