1. Page 7 - Health Insurance: What is your total annual deductible or annual premium? When does your health insurance terminate or date that it must be renewed?
问题：12月提交申请的话，是否应该把2020年的保险plan和刚刚enroll的2021年的保险policy同时提交？
-Had better provide both.
这里应该填2020年的还是2021年的保险信息？-Put 2021 information.
2. Page 11 - Your education and skills: List your educational history below. Include all degrees attained (high school diploma, college degrees or quivalent, etc.)
问题：最高学历是美国研究生毕业，本科是国内毕业，只需要提交最高学历研究生毕业证和大学毕业证就行吗？-Yes, provide Bachelor's, Master's and Doctorate (if any).是否需要国内高中毕业证？-Not need.
3. 是否需要提供公民一方的出生证？-No.
4. 我太太是否需要开具一个国内无犯罪记录证明？-Not need if she will file I-485 in US.
