    给母亲申请绿卡（人在美国），我做sponsor, 我个人工资已经远高出必须的数目了。
    1. I944, Part 3 item 9, You household's assets and resources, ，还需要列出我所有的财产项目，包括房产,银行statement, retirement, stocks之类的吗？-Yes.

房产是贷款如何证明cash value呢？-Provide the house market value, and then also provide the loan for the house in Debts part..
    2. I944, Part 3 item 10, Liabilities/Debts, 问的是 "your liabilities"是不是可以理解为我母亲而不用填我的？

-Because you provide the support for her, you need to put you as your mother's household member and then, put your personal information in the form.

她没有任何信贷可以都填zero？

-She can put zero for her information.

如果必须填我的，如果item 9里面不列出房产，这里是不是mortgage就可以填zero？如果必须填我应该填目前房价的outstanding balance对吗？
    3. 再问一个I30的问题，父母离婚，为母亲一人申请，还需要提供结婚公证了？-Yes, she needs to provide the copies of both marriage and divorce certificates.

我提供了离婚公正，但是上面只有离婚日期，没有结婚日期。如果必须，结婚证已经找不到了，
