485 transfer to local question

I filed 140/485(NIW) concurently to Vermont center in sept,2003. 140 approved in Dec 2004, and 485 transfer to local office(philadelphia,pa). Any friends that your 485 case transfer to philadelphia recently? How soon can you get the interview? Thanks a lot!
