-Just reply to the USCIS ASC where the fingerprinting takes place that your parents have left US and cannot conduct the biometrics. Because theyu left during the I-539 pending, their 10-year B2 visa will not be affected no matter whether the case is denied or approved. They need to keep the I-539 filing receipt notice, the evidences of their leaving such air ticket, airplane boarding car, the entry stamp by Chinese Customs Officer on their passport, just in case they may need them when they reenter US.
