临时绿卡在递交829时得到I-751显示临时绿卡自动延期18个月至今年12月，回美证明年5月到期。

上次入境是去年10月。

请问8老师：

1. 今年12月前无法入境盖章551， 是否失去绿卡身份？

-No because you have filed I-829 in time.

2. 明年5月前入境，持回美证，过期绿卡和751收据 能在国内出境和美国入境吗？

-Yes, show the reentry permit to the airlines to board the airplane. Show the reentry permit, the expired green card and the I-829 Receipt notice to the IO at the port of entry and explain why you are unable to return to US on time. By the way, you had better return to US as soon as you can in case somehting unexpected happens to your I-829 (e.g. denial before you return).

入境后由于自动延长18个月的临时绿卡已经过期，还能去盖551章？-Yes.
