亲爱的8老师，我有两个问题请您解答：

1. 我的亲属移民F2B 130还没有批准，只有130 Receipt Notice, 有Receipt Date，但Priority Date栏是空白。这正常吗？-Yes.可否自认为Receipt Date 就是 Priority Date。-Yes. This priority date will be shown on your I-130 Approval Receipt Notice.

2. 如果F2B filing date到了130 Recipt Date，而130还没被批准，也没有正式的Priority Date，我能否按照130的Receipt date 提交485申请和785EAD申请。-You need to wait for the priority date to be current to file I-485 which takes several years. Your I-130 would be approved before that time.
