Volutary departure doesn't coming now. I just guess it might coming. The deny date is Aug 26, 2003. So I have been out of status for nearly three month, not over 1 year as you said. I plan to find a lawyer to fight for this unreasonable rejection on a simple change of status case. Still want to listen to other voices and nice advice on my case. thanks.
