我现在 I- 485 pending， AP 明年五月到期。 我打算明年2，3月回国。
请问AP可以RENEW 吗？-You only can file a new I-131 application for a new AP in advance up to 120 days before your current AP expires.
是否需要重新填写 I-131？ 需要再次缴费吗？-No fee. Provide the copy of your I-485 Receipt Notice.
请问提交renew申请后，可否先拿着现有的AP回国？还是一定要等到新的AP才能出境？-Unless you will return to US before your current AP expires, you must wait for the new AP approval before you leave.
