1.关于申请I130移民中 household memeber那里需要upload proof of U.S. domicile 请问这个是什么啊

-These are some of the documents for proof of US domicile:

• Federal income tax returns
• Home ownership or active lease with evidence of maintaining home
• U.S. bank account or other investments
• Pay stubs from U.S. employer
• Registering to vote (if a U.S. citizen only)
• Because you  have been living in US and also you have provided the tax return and W2 for I-864, you don't need to provde any other documents for the proof (tax return and W2 is good enough).

2.还有因为我先生要帮我经济担保 可是关于Tax return，W2 等等证明文件应该上传到哪里呀 系统中没有显示啊
-The online system should have a window for you to upload the documents.

3.上传的文件要小于2M 我的资料文件都好大-You may just download the tax transcripts from IRS website which should have small size, and provide it instead of the copy of tax return.
