尊敬的8老师您好，首先感谢您一直以来无私的帮助。我办理的两年有效的回美证将于2021年3月到期，我想明年2月入境美国。我的问题是，1、我3月份回美证过期时是否需要把它寄回发证机关？

2、回美证过期后我如果使用绿卡回国，需要等多久呢，有时间上的限制吗？
