8老师您好，我的I-140两年前approved，现在要filing I-485，但今年一月一号开始公司的legal name和EIN改了（变成母公司的名字了）。三年前我们公司就被B公司收购了，但是legal name和EIN一直没变（就是perm和I-140上面的）。现在表B开了我们可以file I-485了，请教下这种情况下怎么做好？谢谢！
-Ask your current company to file the I-140 amendment for you using successor-in-interest benefits and also, you can file your I-485 concurrently with the I-140 amendment filing (not need to apply for a new labor certificate/PERM). Talk to your lawyer and he/she should know how to deal with it.
