I just received N400 interview, but I am thinking to withdraw my N400. Where should I send the withdrawal letter? Can I just go to interview and tell the officer I need to withdraw my application? Which one is the better way?

-You need to submit a written request to USCIS stating you wish to withdraw the application. The letter should include your filing receipt number and alien number plus the copy of the N-400 Receipt Notice. You should mail the letter to the USCIS Office where you are scheduled for the interview, and also enclose the Interview Appointment Notice.

My green card expires in 6 months. Will the N400 withdrawal have any negative impact to the renewal of green card?

-Not at all, and also have no any negative effects on your future re-application (if you want to).

Thank you very much.
