我在填写I-131 form 来申请Re-entry permit（返美证），现有I-131表中几个问题恳请老师指导一下：

一、part 4

1. A. Purpose of trip

写看望家人(visit family) 还是写Family obligations(家庭义务） ？-The later reason is better

二、Part 3 

2. Expected Length of Trip ( in days) ：写540天好还是写60天好? -Estimate a duration for Less than two years and more than one year.

三、I-131 申请表寄到下述地址正确吗（我住在加州）？
