父母的绿卡明年3月到期， 现在想申请更新， 还有申请 re-entry permit

请问 i-90 和 i-131 能否同时申请？ -Yes, but need to file them separately. 这样是不是只要打一次指纹？-Probbaly need to conduct the biometriics for twice. By the way, they can file I-131 any time (no matter whether the green card expires or not), but only can file I-90 in advance up to 180 days before the green card expires.

如果可以的话邮寄地址是写哪里？  i-90 和 i-131的USCIS 邮寄地址不一样。-Send them separately to the two different addresses because this is two different cases.
