_Because your parents' marriage date was only two months after you were born, USCIS may not be very picky. So, your father may just file the green card application now, not need to provide the proof your father raised you at this point.
But you had better prepare the proof that your father raised you as 寻欢留香 suggested such as 户口本 which has both your parents' names and your names, the letter from your elemetary school and high school teachers to prove your fatehr provided the tuition, etc. You do not need to do the 公证 for this kind of documents and just ask your friend to translate them into English. Thus, if USCIS ask for the proof later, you can provide them.
