      麻烦请教一下，i-485里面Part8--Public Charge--Declaration of Self-Sufficiency--Question 61.: Are you exempt from the public charge ground of inadmissoibility? 

     对于Eb1A(Self-Pentitioner)的主申请人以及副申请人，应该选择Yes还是No呢？

-Say "Yes" because USCIS temporarily stop implementation of this public charge rule after July 29, 2020, i.e. every applicant are exempt from this public charge rule until USCIS has a new decision later.

     我看到现在移民局不要求提交Form I-944了。但是，我不太了解我们是否属于被豁免的。485的填表说明里有这么一项：Who Must Submit Form I-944 (and not Form I-864) 。这一项包含了Alien worker under the employment-based preference categories的情况。这么说，我就不用提交864而必须提交944. 既然我必须要提交I-944，就说明我没有被豁免，所以问题61我应该选择NO.

     但是现在移民局暂停了提交I-944的要求。所以，按照我的理解，我和副申请人既不用提交944也不用提交864. 不知道我的理解是否合理。望赐教！-Correct.

     我的理解=问题61应该选择NO，但是交485表的时间并不需要真的提交I-944，同时也无需提交I-864.
