昨天去camping, 因为完全不知道有fire ban, camp fire 被issue Fire Ban Violation, Class 2 misdemeanor citation.
请问，这个如果convict
1)会对我绿卡延期有影响么？
-If you are convicted, your green card validity and extension may not be affected because Class 2 misdemeanor is not a serious crime, espeically it is your first time.
2）我回国再回美国有麻烦么？-It depends on whether the IO at the port of entry is serious if you leave US within 5 years. So, hard to say. It should ne OK if it is more than 5 years.
3）我如果申请公民有麻烦么？-You had better not apply for the US citizenship within 5 years from the date you are convicted, and do not make such a case anymore.
我老婆点的火，但是citation给的我的名字，请问关于下一步，您有什么建议么？-You had better hire a criminal lawyer to help you not to be convicted because such a criminal record is in your record for your whole life long.
Class 2 misdemeanor 被dismissed的几率大么？-I don't konw this area very much. You may post this question to 法律咨询.
